Hi, I’m Lisa May Francisco, a Filipino first-gen woman, former burnt-out Fortune 500 Comms Manager turned Women’s empowerment coach, and host of Sacred Femme Alchemy podcast. 

I’ve helped hundreds of super smart, high-achieving women who always second-guess themselves shred their subconscious blocks to reconnect with their inner wisdom and live with purpose, confidence, and clarity. 

My mission is to empower women to embrace their innate divinity and reclaim their wild authentic selves. I believe the spiritual journey is a profound initiation into the depths of your soul that unleashes your inner truth, awakens higher awareness, and connection to live your fullest life with radiant confidence and self-love.

My cosmic odyssey towards divine truth commenced in 2010 with a powerful intention: to transcend the limitations of core wounds and embrace a future rooted in authenticity. 

This transformative process has led me to rediscover and love my true essence - merging both light and shadow - igniting a passion to guide women on their own spiritual journeys back home.
